i’ve come to a realization, that most things in life, ends with a laughter. or rather, should end with a laughter. you look back at the mistakes you’ve committed, probably at some juvenile point of your life, and you now laugh because it’s so stupid and almost unnecessary. how was it even possible you once found some sort of glory doing it, you ask yourself. and you try to write it off with a “i guess it’s experiences we all go through…” …yeah i guess so. any other justifications? and then there’s the part where you laugh because, what’s the point of griefing? if griefing had the ability to change things, let’s all continue to grief for a long long time. well, the irony that i’ve discovered here is that, i’ve relished comfort from grief for awhile now. call me cracked, maybe. but back to my point of laughter, it’s like a train ride, you’ll eventually reach the last stop and there is where you look back at the last 100 stops of grief and you finally laugh. maybe because you know what griefing is like, maybe because you felt alive with all that pain and you can finally conclude it with a laughter or just maybe because laughter is all that you’ve got left, for if not for that, there is absolutely nothing left to sustain you.
there are also certain things that cannot be changed, just like the Earth is round and oranges will always be orange. and just like how people will always have something to say. does it matter if it’s true? or fabricated? not really.
had dinner w/ two of my closest friends a few nights ago. one of them came up w/ a really funny but true analogy about people and human nature, “you don’t have to get robbed to know a robber.” it simply means that we are often aware of many things (anything at all!) around us, it could be people, situations, things, but whatever choices we make, are conscious decisions. i think i’ve once mentioned that it is only human to defy even if we know what’s right and what’s not. - my point exactly.
if you asked me, curiousity didn’t kill the cat, she killed innocence. and if anything, breeds questionable intentions along with it.

pretty things can be made ugly. likewise, ugly things can be made pretty. “the truth is only a deception one chooses to believe.”
